Treo 680/ Hotsync disabling ?

I have a user with a 680 (always that one!) who's Apt gets disabled everytime after a hotsync.
Does any other 680 user have the same ? I think it's a bluetooth hotsync being done.

Treo 650 works well via BT hotsync.
