Hi,

I don't know whether its already possible. The problem I have is the following:
I use graffity 1 on my TX. This has no strokes for copy and paste. Now I create some strokes over the statusbar which fullfill my wiches. But how can I get a feedback, that the selected text now is in the clipboard?
For paste its not a problem, I see when the text is there but for copy I want to have a feedback that the action was performed. Something link a sound or a short flash on the screen.

You could flash the screen yourself:

xxx/Tap/Brgt/Set/0
&/Brgt/Set/Restore
&/WHATEVER ELSE YOU NEED TO DO

You might want to put a delay in between setting brightness to zero and restoring.

Hi,

nice idea but it don't really works for me. The sets the brightness as you say, wait for 100 and then it don't restore the brightness to the old value it sets the brightness I think to 100.
/Brgt/Set/0
/…/Wait/100
&/Brgt/Set/Restore

is the same as:
/Brgt/Set/0
/…/Wait/100
&/Brgt/Set/100

Can you add an option to play a system sound?

The brightness restore will work if you are using brightness dimming (an Idle+ or Idle* brightess setting), or have defined a brightness
in the Prefs screen. In the next version there's an action to record the current system brightess too, so that would also probably help you.

I'm not working on Apt at the moment BTW.

I do like the idea of a little sound action though, would be useful for my own needs too now I come to think about it, so will probably
appear at the end of the summer sometime.

Just use actions

Pen / CBar C
Pen / CBar P

for Copy and Paste. These should be available in most (all?) programs when your cursor is inside a field or on an item that allows copy/paste.

The advantage is that they provide feedback: you see the command bar coming up for a second saying "Copy" or "Paste".
