Settings lost after soft reset

Hi Folks,

My settings are always lost after I do a soft reset on my palm TX. Any idea what's going on here? Any way to fix this? I have it set for Apt to be disabled after a reset, but that shouldn't throw the settings away, should it?

Sounds strange… I don't know an answer, but here are some paths of investigation:

Are you using the latest version of Apt?

Does this happen for all kinds of Settings, or only for some?

Have you tried watching the settings file, Apt-Db.pdb, to see when it changes date or size: before and after a reset, when Apt starts, or when the Apt UI starts?

hmm, strange - the problem seems to have magically disappeared. if it happens again, i'll watch apt-db.pdb. thanks!
